Linda began her career at Össur, working in customer service and marketing, later advancing into the role of Bid Manager.
After Össur she spent more than seven years at Semcon, working as both Business Coordinator and Office Manager. There, she supported consultants, leadership teams, and business operations — developing processes, improving workflows, and ensuring high‑quality internal service.
Most recently she held the positions of Customer Service Manager and Office Manager at Optinova, where she combined leadership, service excellence, and operational management to support both customers and internal teams.
